China has blocked many sites abroad, people in China hate this very much, but we can do nothing to stop it. If there are some “bad words” in you web page, the firewall of China will block you site from the main router. Some times, the firewall bocks the IP address of the website, if this happened, some innocent sites with the same IP address will also be blocked; they even don’t know where to complain, because no body has declared to take responsibility for it. If you have websites in shared host without dedicated IP address, your sites are in danger. But sometimes, the firewall just block the sub directory of a domain, not the whole domain, not the IP address either. This seems quite normal, because you will not be involved by other sites.
We can Not expect this firewall to disappear, especially in recent years, what we want is the firewall should be more smart, don’t kill innocent site, because this is my Great China, we can not wish more…
